Knowledgeable and caring service. When our system did not meet the technician's specs after a new ignition board, he ran to the Lennox warehouse and picked up a new blower motor and installed and programmed. This was an $100.00 upcharge on the bill. The furnace was in it's 8th year of the 10 year warranty.
