INTRODUCTION

The KC Complete UV Light Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the states of Missouri and Kansas who are homeowners within the KC Complete service area and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and the laws of the states of Missouri and Kansas. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Missouri or Kansas or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules. The Giveaway is sponsored by KC Complete Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC, located at 5621 Foxridge Dr, Mission, KS 66202 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Missouri and Kansas who are homeowners within the KC Complete service area and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway will be held exclusively at the Olathe Downtown Fourth Fridays event (the “Event”) on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s representatives at the event location are the official time-keeping authority for the Giveaway.

To enter, visit the KC Complete booth at the Event and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://kbcomplete.com/privacy-policy/.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

• One (1) Pure Air Pro UV Germicidal Air Purifier (non-ozone, single bulb model) with an approximate retail value of $1,173. Product details available at UV GERMICIDAL AIR PURIFIER – Pure Air Pro

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on Monday, August 25, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.

The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via phone and announced on social media.

If the Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within three (3) days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES

All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the states of Missouri or Kansas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
