INTRODUCTION

The KB Complete Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical KC Home & Flower Show Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Missouri who are homeowners within the KB Complete service area and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States law and Missouri state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Missouri or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules. The Giveaway is sponsored by KB Complete Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, 5621 Foxridge Drive, Mission, Kansas 66202 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Missouri who are homeowners within the KB Complete service area and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of KB Complete Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway will be held exclusively at the KC Home & Flower Show beginning February 27 at 12:00 PM and ending March 1 at 4:00 PM (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s representatives at the event location are the official time-keeping authority for the Giveaway.

To enter, participants must either scan the official QR code provided at the event or complete a paper entry form during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://kbcomplete.com/privacy-policy/

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

• One (1) Yeti Cooler (Approximate Retail Value: $325)

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on the Wednesday immediately following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.

The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via phone and/or email. If the Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within a reasonable time period, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES

All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the states of Missouri or Kansas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.
