Mail a handwritten postcard to the address below and provide your first and last name and email address, phone number and date of birth and stating that you have read and agree to the Official Rules and that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes (a “Mail-In Entry” and together with a Service Entry, each an “Entry”).  Mail-In Entries are measured in Central Time, regardless of where in the Sweepstakes Territory the eligible participant is located. Mail-In Entries must be received between May 17, 2023, and 7 days before the prize listed below, at 5:59:59 p.m. CT.

After initial entry, any subsequent entry(ies) will be disqualified and any person submitting purported entries via Mail-In Entry in excess of the above-stated limit may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The following Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to your participation in the Sponsor 2023 KB Complete Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) offered by KB Complete (“Sponsor”). 

Please read these Official Rules before entering the Sweepstakes. By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements. 

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the State of Kansas or legal residents of the State of Missouri, United States (“Sweepstakes Territory”) who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES TERRITORY AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Officers, directors, employees, or contractors (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live), promotional partners, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers of Sponsor are not eligible to participate or win any prize. Employees or officials of any government entity are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the Sweepstakes Territory, and contestants must be present in the Sweepstakes Territory at the time they enter. 

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways for eligible participants to enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win prizes: 

spend $1,000 or more with Sponsor via service, install, or membership between May 17, 2023, and three (3) days before the prize listed below, at 5:59:59 p.m. CT and complete the entry form located at https://www.kbcomplete.com/serviceentry (a “Service Entry”); or 

without purchase by either (but not both) (a) completeing the entry form located at https://www.kbcomplete.com/sweepstakes (an “Online Entry”) or (b) mailing a handwritten postcard to Chiefs Charity Softball Game Sweepstakes, 5621 Foxridge Dr, Mission, KS 66202 and providing your first and last name and email address, phone number and date of birth and stating that you have read and agree to the Official Rules and that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes (a “Mail-In Entry” and together with a Service Entry and an Online Entry, each an “Entry”). Mail-In Entries are measured in Central Time, regardless of where in the Sweepstakes Territory the eligible participant is located. Mail-In Entries must be received between May 17, 2023, and three (3) days before the prize listed below, at 5:59:59 p.m. CT.

Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Prize. 

Rules of Entry: The Sweepstakes runs from May 17, 2023, to May 30, 2023, at 5:59:59 p.m. CT. (the Sweepstakes Period”). All valid entries must be submitted or received by specific dates and times listed in “How to Enter” (“Entry Deadline”) in order to be eligible for a drawing to win the Prize in the Sweepstakes. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IF (1) YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OR (2) YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AN ENTRY AS SPECIFIED IN THE “HOW TO ENTER” SECTION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The winner will be notified at the email address associated with the winner’s entry. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes at any time. Entering the Sweepstakes is free—NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining Entry eligibility or fraud prevention. 

Winner Selection Method: Sponsor will select one (1) winner by random drawing to win the prize (the “Specific Prize”) on the Selection Date set forth below for the prize, at 5:00 p.m. CT. In an effort to reach the prize winner, Sponsor may send up to two (2) email notifications and may call the prize winner at the phone number provided upon Entry. 

The prize winner will be required to express acceptance of the prize or proof of Sweepstakes eligibility and, except where prohibited by law, liability release forms provided by Sponsor or its designee in order to claim such prize winner’s Specific Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative potential winner, if the selected prize winner does not comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. 

Prize:  One (1) Winner will be selected as listed below. 

Prize: Two (2) VIP tickets and one (1) VIP parking pass to the Chiefs Charity Softball Game on June 6, 2023, at Legends Field in Kansas City, KS.  

Drawing Date: May 31, 2023 

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1000 

The prize winner will be responsible for providing a valid email address. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from winning the prize. 

Selection of seat location is solely within the Kansas City Chiefs’ discretion. Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of the Kansas City Chiefs which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of the game under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all Venue policies. The Kansas City Chiefs reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Venue/the Kansas City Chiefs into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the game. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to the Kansas City Chiefs’ Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the game, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the game be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. 

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the prize is unavailable, rescheduled, cancelled, or delayed, Sponsor will have neither liability nor obligation to provide any substitute prize, whether or not accepted by the prize winner. 

The prize winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of the prize including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the prize winner in receiving or using the prize. Please consult a tax professional to discuss your particular situation. 

The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that Sponsor’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all distribution of the prize are final. Any prize not claimed under the terms of these Official Rules may be deemed, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all liability in connection with the prize winner’s game attendance, including, without limitation, any premises liability or liability in connection with any injury, damage, or death. 

Information Submitted: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates with an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use Entry information for its promotional purposes, without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list. Sponsor may be required to disclose the information about the winner to state regulatory authorities. You agree that Sponsor may send marketing emails to the email address and mailing address provided.

Additional Terms: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All Entries will become the property of Sponsor, unless prohibited by law, and will not be returned. Each Entry will constitute an assignment of copyright or other rights associated with the Entry to Sponsor. 

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrant or not, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of Entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any Entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury, damage, death, or bodily harm to the prize winner or any third party or any of prize winner’s property in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (y) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be disqualified. 

The authorized email account subscriber name and email address used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the Sweepstakes entrant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account. The authorized email account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. All entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the submitted email address. Submitting mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Sponsor, along with each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, The Kansas City Chiefs and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. Sponsor does not endorse any opinion, recommendation, or advice provided in the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor expressly disclaims all liability in connection with such content. 

Disputes. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Kansas City, Kansas; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Kansas for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Kansas the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas. 

Winner’s List: For winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received by July 31st, 2023 to: Chiefs Charity Softball Game Sweepstakes, 5621 Foxridge Dr, Mission, KS 66202. 

Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Notice. 

The Kansas City Chiefs is not a Sponsor of the Sweepstakes and in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
