Valid only for residential customers, ages 18 years and older. The home energy assessment must be purchased and conducted by KB Complete. The $500 annual savings guarantee is based on the implementation of the suggested changes provided by KB Complete. The savings estimate is based on current energy rates and the customer’s existing energy usage patterns. KB Complete guarantees that if the customer implements the recommended changes from the assessment, they will save a minimum of $500 annually on their energy bills. If the customer does not achieve the guaranteed savings, the $47 assessment fee will be refunded, provided the customer can demonstrate that the recommended changes were implemented as instructed. KB Complete is not responsible for any factors outside of our control that may affect the customer’s energy usage or savings.
