Kristi from DeZiel contacted me right away Monday morning after I left a message over the weekend about an issue we had with one of our furnaces. I had space heaters and partial in-floor heat so it wasn’t an emergency. Mark came right over after a morning appointment and was here and gone by 1:45 Monday afternoon.
