We’ve used DeZiel for a long time and they are always dependable and friendly. Jeff stopped by today when our furnace stopped running. He showed up when expected, was polite and was finished in no time, explaining exactly what needed to be done. When he was about to leave I asked him a question with regards to a completely separate issue – a cold bedroom. He put his booties back on as to not dirty the carpet and went back downstairs to re-calibrated the venting spending another 15 minutes just to make sure I was happy.
