Ed and Blair arrived promptly at 8am to get started! I had a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater to be installed. They laid down their drop cloths and got right to work. Ed kept me informed on the couple of issues that arose during the install and walked me through how they would be taken care of. All these last minute changes were due to my old system not being up to code – the best part it was at no additional cost. Both guys were friendly, clean and did a great job with my dog. Ed ended up not leaving until after 7pm- but not until walking me through all my warranty information and explaining my new appliances, their upkeep and how to set my new thermostat. I will definetly be recommending DeZiels!
