We got a “cold call” from DeZiel earlier in the week, which happened to be the day we had someone else scheduled to come and look at our furnace, so we turned them down. However, the other company never showed, never called and didn’t even return my call when I called to see if they were coming, so I called DeZiel back and asked for a service call. Brett showed up the same day, was very knowledgeable and polite and did just what we asked for. Since we’re possibly in the market for a new furnace and a/c next spring, I think I know who we’ll be calling!
