Steve was here right on time, and completed the service work in a timely manner. He discussed the monthly service plan that is available, also providing information for additional service to our furnace if and when we are interested. He was very polite and answered my questions about furnace filter replacement. We will certainly be calling DeZiel for our next furnace or air conditional needs.
