John arrived at my residence and checked out the furnace and found that it was periodically shutting off. The flame sensor was the problem and he had it all working within short order. He explained everything well, and he also has been here about a year ago. Very personable and he always does a great job. I would give him 10 stars for the work he does. Great employee.
